Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

BerryReel is available to people aged at least 16, subject to any higher age required by local law. If you are 16 or 17, obtain a parent or guardian’s agreement where your location requires it, including authorization for purchases. If you act for a business or organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. These terms form your agreement with RIZWAN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC for use of BerryReel and its related services.

2. Your account

Keep registration details accurate and protect access to your account. Let us know if you suspect misuse. Do not sell or rent an account, share access to evade service limits, or impersonate another account holder. Use only sign-in methods offered in the app; an available external sign-in service has its own terms. You may close your account through an available account control or request closure from support@berryreel.net. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, retained records and the treatment of connected sign-in accounts.

3. Creative features

BerryReel provides AI assisted photo effects, portrait and style variations, templates and image-to-video creation. A feature’s settings, required credits, output options and availability are described in its interface. They can vary across versions, devices and regions. A demonstration shows a possible creative direction; it does not guarantee a particular likeness, effect, processing time or result.

4. Your material and results

You retain the rights you hold in material you supply. By asking us to process it, you give us and the processors needed for that task permission to receive, transmit, host and transform it for delivering the feature and its related lawful support, security and operational purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the necessary copyright, privacy, likeness and other permissions, including permission from a depicted person where required.

We do not claim your original material merely because you submit it. To the extent we hold transferable rights in a result generated for you, those rights are made available to you subject to applicable law and third-party rights. This does not transfer ownership of the app, templates, models or licensed material. Results can resemble other outputs and may not qualify for intellectual property protection. Review your result and obtain any additional clearance needed for publishing or commercial use.

5. Responsible use

Do not use BerryReel to exploit children; make or distribute pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes or nudification; use a person’s likeness without the required permission; commit fraud; harass or threaten; infringe rights; or deceive people about an identity, endorsement or real event in a harmful way. These restrictions apply to all connected services, including any Google APIs used through BerryReel.

Do not attack infrastructure, obtain unauthorized account access, bypass protections, introduce malicious code or unlawfully extract protected software. Do not rely on generated content for identity verification or as the basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, education-admission or similarly consequential decisions. Clearly identify synthetic material when its presentation could otherwise mislead.

6. Content concerns and enforcement

Tell us about a harmful result or rights concern using a reporting control where one is offered or by emailing support@berryreel.net. Include a task or content reference, the reason for the report and your relationship to any depicted person. Send only material needed for the investigation. We aim to acknowledge reports within 72 hours and assess valid reports within seven business days; an immediate safety risk receives priority.

Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may decline a request, limit a feature, remove content within our control, restrict an account or preserve evidence. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a way to respond. A rule prohibiting content does not guarantee that a technical safeguard detects every violation.

7. Subscriptions, purchases and credits

The checkout identifies the product, price, billing currency, period, included benefits and any renewal or trial conditions. An auto-renewing subscription continues for the disclosed billing period unless cancelled under the store’s rules. A separately identified one-time credit purchase does not itself create a recurring charge. Available products and offers can change; the terms shown before payment govern that purchase.

Credits are personal service entitlements rather than cash, an investment or a transferable currency. Unless a specific offer states otherwise before purchase, purchased credits remain available until used or the account is closed. Stopping subscription renewal does not by itself remove a remaining credit balance. The creation screen identifies the applicable cost, which may depend on selected settings. Credits cannot be resold or redeemed for cash except where legally required.

8. Cancellation and purchase assistance

Cancel a Google Play subscription in the purchasing Google account’s subscription settings before the renewal deadline shown by the store. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal while access continues for the already paid period. Account deletion, uninstalling BerryReel and stopping use are separate actions and do not automatically cancel store billing.

If a confirmed server-side technical failure prevents delivery after credits were deducted, we provide a credit return, a reasonable retry or another remedy required by law. A completed result that differs from your aesthetic preference is not automatically a technical failure. Contact us with the task reference if a charge or credit balance appears incorrect.

For refunds, follow the relevant Google Play purchase or support route and contact us when transaction evidence or technical assistance is needed. We aim to respond to a complete purchase-support request within 48 hours. The store, payment channel or bank controls decisions and settlement steps assigned to it; we do not promise a bank posting date. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. A payment dispute may require examination of the related transaction and temporary limits on its paid entitlements to prevent duplicate recovery.

9. BerryReel materials

Rights in BerryReel’s software, identity, interface and original service materials remain with us or their respective licensors. While you comply with this agreement, you may use the service for its intended creative functions. That permission does not authorize distribution of the software, misuse of brand assets, resale of service access or removal of legal notices. Feedback can be used to improve the service without transferring ownership of your unrelated creative content.

10. Service changes and account restrictions

We may change features or suspend access to address a material breach, security threat, unlawful activity, a legal requirement or an operational issue. Where reasonable and lawful, we provide notice and an opportunity to respond. If the service permanently closes, we aim to give at least 30 days’ notice where practicable and address unused paid entitlements as required by applicable law and the billing platform. You may stop using BerryReel at any time.

11. Understanding AI limitations

Automated creation can introduce visual artifacts, errors, bias or unsuitable content. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, an exact creative outcome or that a result is accurate, unique or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep copies of work you wish to retain and review a result before relying on it. This explanation does not exclude a guarantee or remedy that law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability for conduct that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes a mandatory consumer remedy. To the extent permitted in your location, liability does not extend to remote or unforeseeable losses arising from use outside the service’s intended purposes. You remain responsible for the rights in material you submit and for an unlawful use or distribution of a generated result. No fixed financial liability cap is imposed by this paragraph.

13. Disputes and applicable protections

Contact support@berryreel.net with the facts and the remedy you seek so we can first try to resolve the matter. This process does not delay a legally required deadline or prevent urgent relief. A dispute that remains unresolved may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the law that applies to the claim. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration process or remove the consumer protections and court access that your place of residence provides.

14. Changes to this agreement

The date above identifies this edition. Material changes apply prospectively after any notice or acceptance required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues where it can operate lawfully. Not enforcing a rule on one occasion does not waive future enforcement. A lawful transfer of the service as part of a corporate transaction must respect the protections applicable to your account and information.
